Mr. J. R. Carter, a white male teacher from Loudoun County, Virginia, had a good physical condition and was born on August 9, 1914. He held a degree in A.B. from the R.M.C. and had taught various subjects such as Math, English, Chemistry, and History throughout his career. He was also noted for his athletic coaching ability. The evaluation criteria ranged from poor to excellent, taking into account his performance in different areas such as preparation, skill, thoroughness, and community involvement. Mr. Carter's overall scorecard for the session was used to assess his effectiveness as a teacher and his contribution to the educational environment of that time.
